The Missional Community Process

 
The intention of embedding missional communities in the public domain is to provide an opportunity for, and to initiate, a process such as this-

Connect Meet, Serve and build relationships with
the unchurched.

In the 21st century often hostile culture the serving component is of vital importance if relationships with the unchurched are to be developed.

Gather Draw them into the missional community so
they ‘Belong’.

This coming to ‘Belong’ process (often prolonged) comes before ‘Believing’in contrast to the 20th century approach to evangelism where a reverse order was assumed.

Disciple “Teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you”.So they‘Believe’
